HSS-VAPO

OV Face–VAPO: This is a steam treated surface, Superficial CO2 steam oxide treatment with 3 μmpenetration, friction coefficient 0.5 surface oxidation temperature 400℃, 800 Vickers.Suitable for cutting structural steel, solid material and steel in general. The oxide surface treatment eliminates tension, holds the cooling agent better and improves resistance to clogging. (HV 800).

A shape is used in case of small tooth pitch (T<3MM) or to cut brass alloy, jewellery and screw slotting
AW shape is added to the A shape the bevel that allow to optimize the chips shredding
B shape is used for saw blades with thin thickness(<1.3mm) as an alternative of BW
BW shape is the standard tooth shape for the pipe cutting
HZ(C) Shape tooth is used in the silid cutting or to cut the thickess (>3mm) pipes
