Red Face-TiCN: This coating 2.5 mircons, made by means of a plasma of titanium and carbon, oxidation temperature of 500°C, the friction coefficient 0.30, which makes it very suitable for cutting mild steels and highly abrasive materials like medium alloyed steel, The low friction coefficient considerably reduces chipping at the cutting edge and the disc sidewall. It is a good substitute of Goldface, gives you a clear increasement about 30% than TiN coating.

A shape is used in case of small tooth pitch (T<3MM) or to cut brass alloy, jewellery and screw slotting
AW shape is added to the A shape the bevel that allow to optimize the chips shredding
B shape is used for saw blades with thin thickness(<1.3mm) as an alternative of BW
BW shape is the standard tooth shape for the pipe cutting
HZ(C) Shape tooth is used in the silid cutting or to cut the thickess (>3mm) pipes
