HSS-TiAlN

Super Face-TiAlN: It is a titanium/aluminium cathode, 3.0mm microns multi-layer thickness. The addition of an inert gas during the process and the energy with which the molecules are loaded allow the surface to be bombarded, thereby obtaining excellent coating properties that guarantee high thermal resistance to the sub-layer; it has an oxidation temperature of 800°C resulting in a surface hardness of 3400 Vickers. The friction coefficient is 0,5 and allows circular saws to be used with excellent results even in conditions of limited or minimal lubrication and misting. It is particularly suited to high alloy steels of up to 800 N/mm², cutting cast iron, stainless steel and all materials that develop considerable heat.

A shape is used in case of small tooth pitch (T<3MM) or to cut brass alloy, jewellery and screw slotting
AW shape is added to the A shape the bevel that allow to optimize the chips shredding
B shape is used for saw blades with thin thickness(<1.3mm) as an alternative of BW
BW shape is the standard tooth shape for the pipe cutting
HZ(C) Shape tooth is used in the silid cutting or to cut the thickess (>3mm) pipes
