HSS-CrAlTin

Plus Face-CrAlTiN: it is a Multi-layer coating with a thickness of 2,5 microns grey colour, the friction coefficient is 0,45. The particular and innovative mix of Chromium, Aluminum and Titanium elements gives it a hardness of 3600 Vickers. This new coating is very tenacious, very resistant to high temperatures, it differs from other coatings because it doesn’t need to reach high temperatures to obtain the best performances. And the cutting performance losses due to the cutting speed’s increase is obviously lower than the other traditional coating. it’s suggested when cutting high alloyed steels up to 1000 N/mm², stainless steel and all material developing a high thermal energy, and it is also the best recommended for high speed cuts (HSC) with critical cutting parameters.

A shape is used in case of small tooth pitch (T<3MM) or to cut brass alloy, jewellery and screw slotting
AW shape is added to the A shape the bevel that allow to optimize the chips shredding
B shape is used for saw blades with thin thickness(<1.3mm) as an alternative of BW
BW shape is the standard tooth shape for the pipe cutting
HZ(C) Shape tooth is used in the silid cutting or to cut the thickess (>3mm) pipes
