The DIN saw blade range is available ready from stock, reducing delivery time and exceeding customers’ expectations. Our DIN saws are manufactured with hub in order to improve tool stability during work, reduce side run-out and low parallelism. Din saws are built in M2 and M35 in compliance with Din 1837 A (tooth type A),Din 1838 B (tooth type B) and Din 1838 C (tooth types C and BW).

2.Tooth shape A

Tooth shape A is normally used for jewellery and screw slotting with very fine teeth and also on industrial standard DIN saws (DIN 1837A).

 

Tooth shape AW is added to the A shape the bevel that allow to optimize the chips shredding

Tooth shape B is normally used for very thin pipes and profiles where the tooth does not have to break the chip in order to evacuate it from the tooth gulle

Tooth shape BW is normally used for tubes and pipes with thin walls. BW teeth arealternately bevelled and the bevel represents 1/3 of blade thickness.

 

Tooth shape HZ(C) isalso known as tooth shape C, is normally used for bars and solidmaterials. It consists of one pre-cutting tooth with chamfer and one finishing toothwithout chamfer. The pre-cutting tooth is normally 0.2 – 0.3 mm higher than thefinishing tooth.

 

3.COATINGS AND SPECIAL APPLICATIONS

Customers can request a PVD surface coating or steam treatment on all DIN sawblades. We can also design and produce special tools for specific customer requirements.

Bright: Grind-finished tool without superficial oxidation or coating. Suitable for cutting structural steel (HV 800), solid material and steel in general.

OV Steamed:Superficial CO2 steam oxide treatment with 3 μm penetration, suitable for cutting structural steel, solid material and steel in general. The oxide surface treatment eliminates tension, holds the cooling agent better and improves resistance to clogging. (HV 800)

TiN coated: TiTanium base coating.

TiCN coated: a plasma of titanium and carbon coating.

TiSiN coated: Multilayers PVD coating withspecific titanium, carbon and Silicon. 

TiAlN coated: MultilayersPVD coating with Titanium and Aluminium.

CrAlTiN coated: Multilayers PVD coating with mix of Chromium, Aluminum and Titanium.
