HSS-TiN

Gold Face-TiN: This is a coating with a TiN base 3 microns thickness, obtained at a process temperature of approximate 450℃. It guarantees a friction coefficient of 0.4, hardness 2500 Vickers and oxidation temperature of 500℃. It is most common used type for cutting low carbon steel, mild steels, can’t used for cutting copper, bronze, brass.

A shape is used in case of small tooth pitch (T<3MM) or to cut brass alloy, jewellery and screw slotting
AW shape is added to the A shape the bevel that allow to optimize the chips shredding
B shape is used for saw blades with thin thickness(<1.3mm) as an alternative of BW
BW shape is the standard tooth shape for the pipe cutting
HZ(C) Shape tooth is used in the silid cutting or to cut the thickess (>3mm) pipes
